Eight and Sand
Announcement:
Eight and Sand gallery is closing in August! I will have one final reception which will be the closing reception for the Insectarium group show. This will be on the usual night of the Georgetown art attack, Aug 12th from 6-9pm. I hope you will come out to celebrate an evening of art with us one more time.
If you happen to be wondering why the gallery will be closing the main reason is this: I am ready to move on and focus on my personal art career again full time. There are other factors as well but this is the biggest one.
I want to thank everyone that I have worked with over the years, artists, patrons, random art drunks who come by for the wine. I hope that the gallery has enriched your life in at least some small way. I appreciate every single one of you. Without you there would have been no art to show and nothing to celebrate every month. Thank you so very much for working with me. I don't really know what else to say. Please do come out for one final night, there will be art, there will be wine, probably some gummy butterflies.

August will be the closing reception for Insectarium if you missed it last month. This will also be the final show for Eight and Sand gallery. We hope to see you one last time to thank you for all the years of friendship and patronage. Insectarium group show is all things creepy, crawly and a little cute too. Artists were asked to create artwork incorporating their favorite or most feared insects. Participating artists are local as well as national.
